Mr. Tsuneo Kobayashi （古林恒雄）, was born in Kobe city in 1942. He graduated from University of Tokyo and entered Kanebo Ltd. as a chemical engineer and went to Shanghai to be engaged in constructing Shangahi Jingshang （上海金山）polyester chemical plant from 1975. This is Chinese national project with Japanese company, Kanebo beginning before the Reform and Open Policy by Deng Xiaoping, the President of PROC. After the success of this project, he became a representative of Kanebo (China) and set up more than 20 of Japan-China cooperative corporations and established a consulting company with Shanghai city in 1994. When Kanebo became bankrupt in 2005, the company became independent from Kanebo Ltd. and he assumed its control.
Thus,he is a pioneer in the business in China wrote in the monthly magazine of the company as follows;

“ What I think on the 9^th in September in China”

Today 9.18 in 2012 is the 81st memorial day for Chinese people as national disgrace. 81 years ago, the incident called Liutiaohu（柳条湖事件) was caused by Kanto Army, Japanese army which extended its activities in north east China. The army exploded the Manchu railroad by pretending to be incident done by Chinese army led by Mr. Zhang Xueliang（張学良）. Thus, this incident was a plot and Kanto army set up Manchu country under a pretext of this plot. This is called Manchurian Incident（満州事変）.

In China, it is said that national disgrace should not be forgotten on the day. But in Japan, people are not interested in the meaning of the day 81 years ago. Japanese people should remember the incident and swear that they will not repeat the same mistake forever.

With respect to the Senkaku islands, territorial dispute between Japan and China objectively exists, and Japanese government admits the existence, and then discuss with Chinese government on it in a constructive way.
I understand that his opinion is almost same as leaders of the business community in Japan in the past days. The former Japanese ambassador to Beijing and ex-chairman of Itochu(伊藤忠)is also this kind of people. The prime minister,Mr.Kakuei Tanaka is known to public as a politician who normalized diplomatic relations with China and his successors are the same too.
Consequwntly there are different opinion of conservative people from Mr.Abe,prime minister and Mr.Ishihara,ex-governor of Tokyo metropolitan.
