US DOJ

It is reported that US Department of Justice has intention to bring a lawsuit against S&P, one of institution to evaluate bonds, stocks and any other securiteis of enterprises and countries etc. The DOJ doubts that S&P announced the evaluation with motivation to make profits in 2007. S&P is not a public organaization, and is not established by any laws and regulations, but has been influencing investors to invest securities. S&P is very famous as evaluatin authority in Japan, but it will lose credibility if the alleged misconduct is true. DOJ accused Bank of America of fraud last year. I am interested in DOJ's aggressive accusation.
