Guide of Counseling

1. Reservation of counseling
　Please make an appointment by phone or email. Then we would like to hear the overview of your consultation and we will determine whether the case can be supported by us.

2. Implementation of the counseling
　Please come to the office at the time you reserved. We will ask you its details of your　 consultation and explain its legal issues and how to solve the problem with some plans.
　　 And we will explain mobilization fee and subsidy of the case you mandate us to perform a justic act.

3. Mandate
　　After you accept our plan and its cost, we will undertake the request.
　　The lawyer will perform a justic act as your privately appointed agent after you pay the cost, 　such as mobilization fee.

4. Action against the incident
　We will perform procedures adequate to solve. (settlement negotiation, conciliation, filing of action, and etc...)
　We make arrangements and reports as necessary to meet your expectation.
　If you have questions about state of progress, please ask us.

5. The End of incident
　When we finish processing procedures of incident you mandate, all about the incident are finished. When your object is achieved, please pay subsidy we told you at the time of mandatory.
　We will return you the materials you lent.
